Pricing & Payments

Late Payments

Revisions

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All concepts, strategies, designs, graphics, videos, websites, campaigns, code, documentation, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of We Grow Multimedia until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party licensed assets, stock content, fonts, software, and proprietary tools.
We Grow Multimedia retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless restricted by a separate written confidentiality agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

We Grow Multimedia is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, algorithm updates, account suspensions, or technical issues arising from these third-party platforms.
Communication
We are committed to maintaining clear and professional communication throughout every project.
Our standard response time is typically within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Project updates, approvals, and important decisions should be communicated through mutually agreed communication channels.
Suspension of Services
We reserve the right to suspend services if:

Payments remain overdue

Requested information is repeatedly withheld

Abusive, unlawful, or unethical behaviour occurs

Clients misuse our work or intellectual property

Contractual obligations are breached
Suspension does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the signed agreement.
Upon termination:

Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced.

Outstanding invoices become immediately payable.

Any approved third-party expenses remain payable by the client.

Deliverables completed before termination will be released only after payment clearance.
Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns before terminating the relationship.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, We Grow Multimedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or reputational harm arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, cyber incidents, labour disputes, power failures, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and mediation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
