Services Services will be delivered as outlined in the signed proposal, agreement, or scope of work. Any requests outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges, subject to mutual approval.
Payments Payment schedules and amounts will be clearly defined in the proposal/contract. Advance or milestone payments are non-refundable. Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services until cleared.
Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and materials on time to avoid project delays. Any delays in providing inputs may impact delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property All creative work, strategies, and deliverables remain the property of We Grow Multimedia until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality & Data Protection Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business, financial, or strategic information. We Grow Multimedia follows industry best practices to safeguard client data and project information.
Results & Performance Disclaimer We are committed to delivering growth-driven strategies, but outcomes such as leads, conversions, or rankings may vary due to market dynamics and external factors beyond our control.
Communication & Responsiveness We commit to maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project. Clients will receive regular updates, and we aim to respond to inquiries within 24–48 business hours.
Termination & Flexibility Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, as per the terms of the contract. Before termination, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues collaboratively.
All work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good faith mediation before pursuing legal action. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts under Indian law.
